Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed after business hours, on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with shipping details once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Charges
- Calculated at checkout based on weight, size and destination.
- We occasionally run free shipping promotions, which are clearly advertised on our website.

Tracking Your Order
- You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
- Follow your shipment anytime on the carrier’s tracking portal.

International Shipping & Duties
- We ship to select international destinations.
- Duties, taxes and customs charges are not included in the shipping price and are paid by the recipient on delivery.

Delivery Policy
- Delivery attempts: our shipping partners make multiple delivery attempts. If undelivered, the package may be held at the local facility or returned to us.
- Address accuracy: please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. OCS Bats is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.
- Signature: some high-value orders may require a signature on delivery for security.
- Delivery confirmation: once the carrier marks an order as delivered, OCS Bats is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please provide a safe delivery location.

Delayed or Damaged Deliveries
- For damaged, lost or significantly delayed packages, contact us within 3 days of the delivery date at onlinecricshop@gmail.com.
- Include your order number and any supporting details (photos, tracking issues) so we can help you quickly.
